My contraception pill is an oral one. Are you talking about like an IUD -which is inserted for long periods of time (3-10 years) or a nuva ring which is taken out once a month from the vagina? These are both places very high in the vaginal cavity to the point where they shouldn't be harmed or bothered by even a large a penis or vibrator. Basically if your wife has a type of contraception that is inserted into her vagina it would be inserted deep enough that it shouldn't cause you any problems.
I just want to know if a contraceptive pill which is used directly by pushing it through the vagina, can cause any infection to the man who licks the vagina during sex?
Contraception pills will not prevent an STD. It can make some women produce either a lower or higher amount of natural lubrication but besides that there is nothing that would interfere with sex in any form. It is also impossible to make your wife pregnant without the presence of sperm. So oral sex is safe on all accounts.
To avoid pregnancy make sure you use a back up form like condoms for 3-4 weeks before having unprotected vaginal sex. (It takes a few weeks for the contraception pills to get into her blood stream.) Also they have to be taken EXACTLY as recommended to be 99% sure that pregnancy won't happen.. and even then they're only 99% effective.
