Swollen After Sex

After a Long, and rather rough session, and due to lack of lubrication, my Inner labia has swollen up, and become painful. I use to this, and fully aware that it is simply friction burn. However I'm looking for advice on the best way to bring down the swelling. I have only got a shower, so can't bathe in warm water. Any Advice is more than welcome :) x

Hi T, A nice sea salt warm bath, will go along way in helping, then get some kind of lubrication going and an ice pack, even an ice pole would help in side you, nice and cool, but not straight out of the freezer, other wise even more problems.
Be Good, Be happy, Be Safe and next time use lots of lubrication.
And try the sea salt baths for a couple of days.
Good Luck

I wouldn't stick anything frozen up your vagina anyway.  You can take a clean washcloth and sit in the shower with a bucket of cool water, and lay it against yourself to soothe it a bit.  You could also try taking an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen.  Wear cotton panties while you're still tender to make sure you get plenty of air flow to the area.
