Testicular shrink and penis shrink and headache Help needed email me please

I am 49 years old
I have always been highly sexually active in full control of my members I could have sex 6 to 7 times a day for hours at a time I love sex
when no partner is available I would ejaculate as much as 4 to 6 times a day
I would do it just before bed as it would help me sleep
I have always had large testicles and 10" in size

2008 My size has been shrinking  I am barely 6 and a half now
I noticed a year ago my testicles had shrunk and today I notice they are very very small

I have nuropothy in my feet
I have a messed up knee operation

I take Abilify, Amlodipine, Lyrica, hydroxy zine, hydroco/acetamin, trama-dol, furosemide,gabapentin, B1, B6, B12, D3, R-ALA Super B Complex

The past 6 months it is not working like it use to
I have no control over it most of the time it never gets hard and when it does barely
I have tried Viagra with no luck

My Nails chip very easily
about 2 years ago I began getting headaches during sex and sometimes with out sex I have never had them my whole life till now

My Right arm and hand gets numb at times
My left arm gets numb at times
my left leg gets numb
My right Knee is the one that is messed up

I am down to 247 lbs now
I work out for 2 - 1/2  hours at the YMCA
Bike ride 4 miles then work my arms and back then treadmill for 1/2 hour 6.3 speed with 5 degree rise then I go to the stair stepper for 1/2 hour and  do leg lifts  
I begin sweating at  134   I shoot up to 178  and my feet really begin hurting not my lungs etc...so I slow down my speed to drop my BP

What is going on with me

Hi Mortex, They say a mans penis cant shrink, unless you have put on a lot of weight then the penis get caught up in the folds of fat, and if you then lose all the weight gained then it should come back, as for you other side effects, I would google them all to see if the side effects match what you now getting,

See a Dr, this is not a site to diagnosis you. And I doubt that your penis shrunk from 10" to 6" erect.
