Let the prnis erect naturally.Rest is restorative. To relax further, do abdominal breathing for 10 to 15 minutes twice a day. You may google abdominal breathing to learn it. Practice it regularly. If you take few such breaths, you can stop unwanted arousal. Regular practice of abdomina breathing will tone up your sexual system. Please do try.

Consider this phase to be temporary. It will become normal. Do not masturbate if you do not have natural urge. You can respond to natura urge with masturbation.This fatigue is quite normal.
