Hi i am 28 year old
i do masturbation regularly twice-thrice in a day.. from last 3 and 4 days i am noticing that my penis is very small.. and my penis is not getting eract at all and not getting hard, tight and erect at all.. i am getting this problem from last 3-4 days. i have stop masturbation after this . .because my penis is not getting erect , excited adn hard and tight..

please help me what can i do

Let the prnis erect naturally.Rest is restorative. To relax further, do abdominal breathing for 10 to 15 minutes twice a day. You may google abdominal breathing to learn it. Practice it regularly. so it is normal and there is no need to worried and visit to do ctor and use any medicie? should i wait for few days... thansk i will stop masturbation atleast until its get normal
