What can it be?

Help please
I had sex which started off unprotected but then used a condom, at least 10 days later I did a home chlamydia test which was negative I followed it up at the docs another 2 weeks later again negative I then did a home swab for gonorrhea which came back negative. This month and last I have had brown discharge/spotting about 1 and a half weeks after my period with a little discomfort in my abdomin and vagina. Last month I wasn't worried as my test results were negative but because it's happened again this month I am a bit worried. I've not had unprotected sex since that one time. Could it possibly be an sti? I was treated for endometriosis 18 months ago, could it be this? Or something else.

Thanks

Thanks for your advice.  I've had 2 periods since and a negative pregnancy test. My doc did swabs and said it was clear but I think the only sti tested for was chlymida.  I've spoken to my doc and they have said as it's around the same length of time after my period, about 9-12 days and it's like a brown discharge they would say it's nothing to worry about.  To be safe im going yo do a home full sti test. Was just worried it could be pid or something.

Have you had a normal period since this happened? I'm asking because you mentioned spotting. Have you taken a pregnancy test?
A woman's clinic will do a full STD panel. It's best to check for everything since you started off with no condom.
I'm still thinking it's endometriosis causing the pain and spotting. I had that myself and the pain was awful. Can you get in to see your Dr to find out if this is the problem? Endometriosis can reoccur even after treatment.

Thanks for your reply.  I checked for both chlymida and gonorrhea,  both negative.  What else should I be checking for?  Thanks

You really should get in to see your gynecologist. You only checked for one STD. There are several others you should be checked for.
Yes, you could be having the spotting because of endometriosis. Do get in to see your Dr about your symptoms.
