What happened!

About 2 and half months ago I has sexual contact with included mutual masturbation where she wanked me of with vaginal fluid

1month and 2 weeks later got diagnosed with genital warts I was upset but I got over it done the treatment and was gone in matter of weeks


2 months later I started feeling burning sensation after urination thought must be dehydrated or something  drank 3 or 4 liters that day same thing
Next day woke up discharge everywhere in my underwear boxers were full of it


Went to urologist he said you have discharge no **** sherlock!!  


Now he prescribed me with capro 500mg morning and night  and doxycycline 100 mg morning and night for 3 weeks only thing I'm worried about is I havnt done test for chlamydia or gonherea of this will the medicine I'm taking Clear it up
