No.
Sex advisors say that there can be some sperm in the pre-come. I'm sceptical - I can believe they would say that to discourage people from having unprotected sex and using withdrawal, because men can't always be trusted to withdraw in time. All I know is that when my wife and I used withdrawal, she didn't get pregnant; and every single time we've had unprotected sex (and I didn't withdraw) anywhere near her fertile period she did get pregnant, so as a couple we're pretty fertile. But this is just my opinion, don't take it as researched medical fact!
Even if you did come, the only way she could get pregnant would be if some come dribbled out of her anus and into her vagina. This obviously depends on what position she's in when the come dribbles out.
She can't get pregnant from anal sex. Now if there was any spern next to the vaginal opening then it could be a possiblity.
