i really need an advice

hi..im having a big problem..me and my husband used to have great sex but now its very different im only 20yrs but still im not getting the wetness i used to get before and it causes difficulties in sexual intercourse and most of the time my vagainal area is dry and when we have sex im getting tears in the vagainal outter wall and it pains a lot cant even put water tears are like small cuts made from needle and it heals with in 3 or 4 days but again the next time when i have sex this happens again n the it tears.and these tear like cuts sumtime go all the way from the little space between my anas n vagaina and it really hurts..this not only happens when i have sex but these tears happens easily even when i move my legs or just wipe my vagaina in sumkind of a way..i dont know wot to do i have gone to many doctors and they checked my inside n say that theres no problem n they just give an anti bactirial tablet..but my sex problem is getting worse day by day and my marriage is breaking due to this problem..plz tell me do u have any cure for this or maybe even tell me wots happening to me or even suggest me fora medicine?????

Having yeast overgrowth can cause a lot of dryness and discomfort.  Get a rx for Diflucan.  You could take Azo-Yeast, which is OTC, to help keep symptoms of yeast away after treatment.

I thought that I was the only one having this problem.  It's not affecting my marriage as bad as it it is affecting my self esteem.  I had a full hysterrectomy please excuse my spelling errors. For 6 years I've tried everything.  but I'm not giving up.  I'v been married for 34 years. I'm able to have sex but the pain is decresing little by little.  I use oral supplements and gels, creams and sexy music .LoL .  It's messy but, it better than feeling like being raped.  My precouis husband at first stopped trying because he couldn't stand the pain.  I was told that the lining of my vagana was becoming thinner causing pain and easy infections.  Doctors just wasted my time and money. They said I was depressed.  They were making me mad . but I've beendoing my on reaearcg and uses a combination of things. Finnally, I 'm feeling horny aned not afraid of the extreme pain. I take control of the sexdual lovmaking which was hard for me because I was from the old school missionary style LOL. It's normal, even for a 20 year old to have dry spells. That's what lube is for!  Those cuts are due to you having dryer than normal conditions. Try using female cleansing products. Some of them have hydrating things in them.

I'm 21, I know the pain!! (I'm preggo also so basically it comes with the territory)

well first of all, your marriage shouldnt be "breaking" because of you not being able to have sex because it hurts you.

what you should do is just buy lube. and i guess use a lot of it...
