you two have engaged in sexual intercourse and while she may still technically qualify as a virgin you do not.  Anal sex is still sex, the only reason she sort of gets by with it is because when anyone asks they will be referring to whether her vagina has been penetrated.  She is not pregnant.

It's impossible to have any symptoms related to pregnancy because the egg wouldn't have implanted yet so no pregnancy hormone is being released in to her body, I'd stay calm and breathe
