What is wrong with me?

About a week ago I was having intercourse with my boyfriend and he got a little carried away and began fingering my anus very hard. The next day it was extremly sore and I thought that he had torn me. Well over the week it continued to hurt and become very painful and sometimes itchy where it hurt to even sit or walk or even touch. I started checking it out in a mirror and I noticed that there were bumps all around my anus and that it was very red in those areas. Started to get worried since it was over the weekend i started putting peroxide on it since it looks like it is infected. There is a yellow-greenish discharge from that area and it starting to move towards my vagina area. Where i put the peroxide on it does bubble and burn which leads me to believe that it is an iffection but what kind? I have looked on the internet to try and match up the symptoms but all it has done has scared me even more. To give you a little background I was recently tested about 1 1/2 months ago for STD's when I had my pap test done and everything came back clean and i have only been with my current partner for the last year...Can you help me Please????

First off, don't use peroxide. Peroxide kills both good and bad bacteria.. and you want the good bacteria there. Secondly, it does sound like you have an infection. Make an appointment with your doctor to be looked at. The sooner the better for treatment. Good luck.

It sounds like a bacterial infection from the normal bacteria in your anus that have infected the surrounding skin.  You should see your doctor about this and get on some antibiotics as soon as possible.  You do not want this infection to spread and become more serious.
