hi im 24years old,i have been trying to control myself from 5years.but my sperm come out while half sleep because of bad dreams of girls,watching porn sites,imaginary nudes peoples, etc.also my health not being fine then.please give me suggestions
If you're asleep, I don't see why it matters if you have a "wet dream" every now and then . . . just my opinion.
This is called male nocturnal emissions or wet dreams and it is very normal especially for younger males. The thoughts while dreaming cause physical stimulation. It's more likely to happen when you've gone through a stretch of time where you haven't ejaculated. So relax and stop worrying.
