To tell you the truth you should see a obgyn if you had any spoting at all during pregnancy. Allthough a small amount can be normal it can also mean there are complications with the pregnancy. As for the "white stuff" it sounds to me that your body is just making extra lubercation. The increase of hormones during pregnancy cause you to become more wet. If the odor is faul or fishy smelling it could be a sign of a yeast infection like the previous poster had stated. Hopfuly this has helped. Congratulations on your pregnancy.
It sounds like you may have a yeast infection. If you were spotting and you're pregnant it's best to see your Gynecologist to makes sure you're okay, and that it's okay to be having sex. He/she can also check to see if you have a yeast or bacterial infection.
