At 16 years old it is much more likely that your back pain is from football or weight lifting. I'm not sure where you read that chronic masturbation causes back pain, such an article whether published in the media or research journal would also have to clearly define chronic masturbation. Unless you are not being completely honest about the amount of times a day you masturbate, it is also quite unlikely that the pain in your hands come from masturbation. So what should you do? It sounds like you are unwilling to chill out on the masturbation. Make sure you are stretching everyday before and after lifting weights and playing football. You should stretch even on days you don't. Concentrate on your back and wrists. You should also consider the position you are in when masturbating. Don't do it while standing as the necessary posture could potentially cause your discomfort if you if you are doing it so much. If none of that works then you'll have to resort to the answer you fear most, chilling out on the masturbating. If you start stretching regularly, and are creative, you should be fine.

the back pain could be from either bad sleeping postures or my posture in general and the other thing why i dont think my wrist hurt from masturbating is because it hurts in both hands not just 1
