Having hymen intact is not a confirmatory test for virginity. It may break by any other activity like cycling or any exercises. It may also break in menstrual period also.Hymen covers part of vagina's mouth.

First intercourse is always painful. If hymen is intact, it will be more painful. To reduce pain use lubricant , jelly or even oil. She may enjoy even after pain. Is your foreskin ok. Is it retractable? Do not afraid of her pain. She might bleed as well. It is quite OK.Bleeding ,pain, and afterward pleasure. This is quite usual and normal. Use lubricant. I re read your first message. You are using the word pelvis. I think you mean glans -The red part under the foreskin of your penis. It has to move or retrace backward and go forward over the glans. You may try to move the skin be masturbating. If you cannot do it, then you will have to go to a doctor who may recommend the treatment. Or he may ask you to undergo a minor operation.You cannot make foreskin retrace by sexual intercourse. Consult the doctor.

In case you become nervous, or tense, do deep abdominal breathing. Before penitrating, find the mouth of vagina by your index finger. Keeping this finger as a reference point, insert your penis slowly, as if threading a needle not thrusting motion.
