hi reciently i have been shaving the shaft of my penis because i get excessive hair groath there, the last few times after i have shaved i noticed i have got these little smooth red bumps in the area (lower 1/3)each time i shave there which wont go away. each time i shave i get more and now i have about 6 spots there..
they dont hurt/itch and there is no smell or discharge.
should i be concerned?

I wouldn't worry about it at all... unless you have reason to beleive you might be contracting a std. I'm sure if you ask any girl she'd tell you that dry shaving or shaving without enough  foam can cause little red bumps on ones skin. As you know, I'm sure, the skin on a penis is very sensitive and using a dull razor might also be an issue. Try vit E or a very gentle shaving cream if you contiune to shave....
