i have two big problems!

1st,
i have been with my boyfriend for a while. he was my first and he's thick. well every time we have sex my guch (i think thats what its called... the skin in between the vagina and anus...) rips and it can get every painful if we keep going after it starts to rip. i would like to know what i can do for it to stop ripping.

2nd,
i think i might have just had a miscarriage... i am on birth control and i still have a regular period. but this one is different. i dont really have that bad of cramps like im used to getting, the blood is very deep red n kinda brown, i also had a pretty big chunk, almost the size of a spoons head, come out of me.... im not sure if its a miscarriage or not. what should i do?

I agree with other posters. See a gynecologist. Number 1 could be a variety of things, including the fact that you might not be using enough lubrication. Sometimes a vagina is just too small for a large penis. Don't force it, it will only cause more problems. And as for number 2, see a doctor just to make sure that there is nothing wrong.

You need to see a gynecologist about both these problems but especially about the first one. It is very bad for that place to rip and especially if it happens over and over again and never heals. You may need to have some stitches to sew the area up so it can heal properly. this is also sometimes, why, when a woman is delivering a large baby, the doctor will make a small cut there to provide enough room and prevent ripping, because those rips don't heal right, usually.  A small cut on the other hand can easily be put back together with a couple of stitches and it does much less damage. and after the area heals, you need to take care that this does not happen again. (but that is too much to get into now)

Usually, with birth control pills there is less bleeding and less cramping, so it surprises me that you have cramps generally, and this last time had these heavy blood clots.

I don't think if you are actually taking the pill as prescribed that you did have a miscarriage. These big clots happen but as I said, less usually when on birth control pills. So this is another thing you may want to discuss with the doctor.

I really, really think you need to see a doctor, like i said before, because of that ripping. it's not good, LaKid.

See a doctor. Only way to be sure.
