It is possible for the tissues at the opening of the vagina to get much tighter in an older woman if she stops having sex for quite a while.  Maybe that is also true if a very young person stops having sex, since young bodies bounce back faster in a lot of healing ways after an invasive process such as losing one's virginity at 7.  I'm so very sorry you had to undergo that from age 7 through 12.  Nobody should have to.

So I understand what you're saying...You stopped having sex around the age of 11 or 12?
You're now 16 and was looking at your vagina and your "hole" looks a little bit closed? How often were you having sex? I wouldn't say that is your Hymen but it could be...I have never known of a hymen "growing" back but that could just be me. I'm not much help honestly, I lost my virginity at 12 and while I'm married and will be 23 in 2 weeks now I didn't have sex a whole lot until I turned 14 but not once did my hymen ever grow back.
