lack of semon

For 1 years now, I have had an extremely low amount of semen that comes out of my penis when finishing sex. I have a high sperm count, its just the liquid semen isn't nearly as much as it used to be. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. Also, does anyone know possible causes? Lack of a certain vitamin?

Well, aged 30 you should be producing an OK amount if you aren't ejaculating more than once per day.  But it doesn't suprise me that it is not as much as it used to be, that sounds resonably normal.  I'm 37, and I know I produce more if I haven't come for 3 days or more, than if I did yesterday.  Can't remember for sure how much I produced 7 years ago ;)

How often are you having sex (or masturbating)?  Production does seem to slow down as you get older, that's just normal I'm afraid.
