Periods Late

my Girlfriend period was due on 30th of may but they didn't happened so
we took the test on 9th of june
it came negative
but while dipping the strip when she took the strip out of the urine she thought that...may be she had dipped for less time so she dipped it again...so is this any problem ???
and secondly the test was NOT conducted with the first urine of the day...

now she had gone to some GYNE doctor...
the doctor had prescribed her Primolut N + Foli B9 + Poloron

what i want to ask why Primolut N
it is for delaying periods

and the sex act b/w us was 3 to 4 minutes long w/o of condom in which i've not discharged..and the act was not in vagina nor in anus it was in BUTT
so whats the scene..

CONCLUSIVE  QUESTIONS

1st)  DIPPING OF TEST STRIP AGAIN ??? does it effect result ?
2nd)  not the first urine of the day ???
3rd)  OUR ACT PROBABILITY ?
4th)  Primolut N ? is for delaying so how come it is for the periods to come

You can't get pregnant unless you had sex through the vagina
