penis bumps

Hi am concerned about my penis , the shaft part has developed a series of what seems to be a tough under bumbs about half a cm long a mm high and 3 mm wide . There was one now there are more. when i get a exection they come out ,,the tip was pain ful for the first 4 or 5 days, this happened after i masterbated, the bumps apeared very quicklie after i was finished masterbateing. I am not worried about STD because of my sexual habbits. .What could this be , Some type of fat build up under the skin ?? looking for help please
