i have felt that during sex or even masturbation my penis acts so sensitively(specially during sex) and reach climax in just 8 to 10 seconds, after trying start and stop and squeezing method (for about 12 days , one or twice a day and about 15 minutes every time) , although i took control over how to come back before reaching ejaculation , tried to be relax and diverted my attention to somewhere else , i could not be able to take longer my ejaculation process , i don't think it is still a psychological problem , is there any Permanent medicinal treatment for such kind of problems ???

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to premature ejaculation. The commonest cause of premature ejaculation is the anxiety of performance. The treatment of premature ejaculation is having a psychological session with the couple, stop-start or squeeze-pause techniques, desensitizing creams and SRRI(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) in severe cases. My sincere advice is to consult a urologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
