red bumps on penis after sex each time

Hi,

I've been reading a lot online but cannot find anything closely related to the problem I'm experience.. I'm really hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on.

Almost every time after I have (unprotected) sex with my girfriend, I get small red bumps (~20-30) on my penis--mostly along the front and sides and lower foreskin-- as well as sometimes a few near my stomach and pubic hair. This has happened maybe 10 times.

Here are some high-res images from when it occurred several weeks ago. The photos were taken few days or so after that particular outbreak occurred:

Here is a low-res image of the most recent outbreak:

It seems to occur after we have long often vigorous sex. I don't remember this occurring the few times we used condoms, and if it did it was much less pronounced She has short pubic hair, which I often rub up against with my penis. The large cluster(s) of pumps on my penis seem to be right where I rub up against her. I also shave my pubic area with a safety razor before sex. I don't think it's razor burn since it occurs on/near my foreskin and tip of the penis. (although I believe there is some razor burn going on often near the base.)

I think they appear usually within 10 hours after intercourse--definitely within a day. I think they start to fade within a day and have totally disappeared within a week. The ones on the penis don't hurt or itch, although my penis is often a bit sore. The few that sometimes appear on the stomach / pubic hair region sometimes itch a bit. They don't leave any scars.

Thanks in advance for your help!
