safety

me and my boyfriend (long distance) have both admitted to each other we're virgins. we've also discovered i'm the one with more experience. he's never gotten a ******** or a hand job, etc. i'm going over to visit him for a while in the summer, i've arranged to get on the birth control pill, and had mutliple talks with my mother and experienced friends about it's use in preventing pregnancies. but i have still one question, if we're both virgins does that mean that he shouldn't have to wear a condom incase of sexual transmitted diseases? we shouldn't have any to pass to each other, so no risk?

even though he doesn't have an std b/c pills are NOT 100% effective. most ob/gyns advise the use of condoms as well as the b/c pills to help even more with the prevention of pregnancy.

In principle there is no risk of transmitting any disease since there is none anyway.
Very unlikely that your partner has an STD throughout an infected needle if he had one.
Enjoy your summer :)
