Pre-seminal fluid also carrys a higher concentration of sperm in it then the actuall act of ejaculating. Without protection a woman can get pregnant at anytime no matter what. there may be things that lower the risk but the possiblity of it is always there.

Could you get pregnant...yes. Pre-seminal fluid would have been ejaculated from the guy and would have been inside of you. Pulling out is not a method of birth control.
The chance is very low but possible.

if he did not ejaculate inside you, then i doubt it..but if he did then you might...and if you two were lyeing down then his sperm cud have swam inside you...if there were chemicals around you guys such as body wash..then that cud have killed the sperms as they are active only for a short period of time if it didnt reach inside you

If you know how babies are made, then only you can answer that question as you are the only one who knows what having sex means in this story. We don't know what you did and what it means; there are many ways of having sex. So, put those two together, and you may still not know for sure but you would be a better judge of this than any of us.
