soap staying on penis after shower. lots of scars and cracked white skin on penis.

Hello I have posted on medhelp plenty of times =D I was lucky enough to be helped out by kindd last time. I listened to what he/her had to say and applied plenty of Vitamin E but not the synthetic version. I applied the version people take for peyronies because I have peyronies. its the Vitamin E 400 with gamma beta's. Is that bad for trying to fight the scars I have on my penis skin? I have also gotten calamine lotion directed by kindd. It's in a pink small bottle but only has a little bit of calamine in it. I applied it on my penis despite being nervous knowing that its for rashes like poison ivy rashes. It ended up burning and I didn't want to risk leaving it on because I saw it was drying out so I got into the shower and let the water slowly wash it off. I only applied that calamine lotion once because I am honestly a little scared that its going to cause a rash or something. However I have recently gotten a girlfriend and my penis skin is seriously a issue. So if I need to put this calamine lotion I certainly will. I am just not sure if this is what kindd wanted me to get. I was thinking the calamine lotion would be well calamine lotion. Not a pink lotion with only a little calamine for poison ivy rashes. The Vitamin E doesn't seem to be helping so i have applied lotion for dry skin with Vitamin A and Vitamin E. I would leave it on either during the day or over night and I would end up with dry parts of the lotion stuck on my skin. I would let the water in the shower try to get it off with negative results. In fact I think I'm damaging my skin more trying to get the lotion off with the shower water because it hurts. Whenever I wash my penis with soap I also come out of the shower with soap still on my penis skin! and its simply driving me insane!!!!!!! am I left with no other choice but to not wash my own penis? I really need help because I have been dealing with this very calmly and patiently for so long but now I'm simply fed up! Where the soap and lotion is mostly all staying is in the cracks right below my penis head. It always get stuck under the head and now I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't try to put lotion or wash it there. However that's where my scars are most present and painful. Can anyone please direct me on what to do? I simply MUST find out what to do because I am dealing with peyronies but surprisingly enough the skin is what's bothering me the most. I haven't told my gf about my disease because we haven't gotten sexually active yet but I know its going to happen soon. I'm trying not to worry about my disease but the skin is seriously worrying me. No girl is going to want to suck on soap on my penis and sorry I'm getting graphic but I'm just being realistic. I don't not want to wash my penis because it can tend to smell bad like fish =/ so I'm trying my hardest to cover the smell. I'm not even washing my penis all that much either i just go around on it with a bar of soap and wash it but even so my scars will have soap on it after I get out of the shower. I have noticed that the Vitamin E has helped remove these soap scum that sticks on my penis skin but realistically I can't have Vitamin E on my penis when I'm going to get sexually active! Should I apply Vitamin E and then not wash my penis and just water it down in the shower? Alright I've already typed out a essay. All I ask for is direction and help. In fact I beg of it. Thank you.

What you have is called "Candida Balanitis", and is an off-shoot of the more serious disease "Candida Albicans"you are probably carrying around, due to your poor, sugar-laden diet. (Notice I didn't ask. I already KNOW you eat way too much sugar.)

You can find out about these diseases on the 'net. They are WAY more common than you, or anybody else thinks.

As for your cracked and dried penis...it is a yeast-driven fungus, so any fungus fighter will help. After putting on a cream to fight the fungus, you will need to moisturize.

As far as the infection goes, I have had some success with a tolnaftate cream, which is for foot infections. (But the foot infections also come from yeast!) It is usually a very sticky cream that stays on well...I used it in the morning and at night. In between, I massaged in an aloe vera based cream, called "soothing gel", by the Solarcaine company...

If you look on the 'net under Candida, you will find out all about what you must do to rid your body of this harmful resident who has now run wild inside of you...due to your junk food and high sugary diet...notice I didn't ask again. It will take time. Don't expect results overnight, because your yeast is very adaptable and resilient. You may have to vary treatments...

You may also want to investigate using a different soap and getting water softeners.  Hard water and acrid soap can irritate sensitive skin.

I would see a doctor and leave your penis alone.  Wear satin undergarments that do not have creases near your penis or groin area.  See a dermatologist.
