No feeling, soft/can't maintain erection and can't *** during sex

Firstly I can get and maintain an erection when I masturbate and *** no problem and there is lots of feeling in my penis. However I've had sex three times now and all three times I've had the same problems, it's taken a while to get hard but I don't get fully hard, I might get hard for a second or so but it then becomes a soft erection, not enough really to have sex with, not her on top at least anyway.
When I am able to stick my penis in I have no real feeling in my penis or even when receiving oral, I can't feel anything really...and this in turn means I can just keep going for ages and can't ***. Also when pulling my penis out of the vagina my foreskin is awkwardly rolled under my head, usually when masturbating I have to pull it a certain way to get it over my head and back over again. I have masturbated quite often, mostly once or twice a day sometimes more sometimes less.
So to sum up, when I masturbate everything is fine I have amazing feelings and can *** no problem. But when I have sex there's no feeling, can't keep an erection (it almost feels like I *** when getting started but it's surely just pre-*** it's never a lot) erection is soft/half way and I don't have any feeling in my penis when having sex and thus my penis eventually becomes soft inside her.
I feel relaxed/comfortable with my girlfriend, I am confident enough to touch her, go down on her and do whatever I want to but the above problems still haunt me...please help!!

well if it was the same thing that happened to me, its a mental thing so u have to try n not think about cause that will just make it worse, its a suggestion idk if its your problem
the same thing has happened to me in the past with my girlfriend and is usually when I am leaving for an extended period of time (going to school for a month or so), the reason was because I was depressed to be leaving her, so there could be a mental thing that is the issue
