Masturbation

I masturbate regularly, almost 6-7 times a week. Is that going to cause any problems on the long term, coz i read excessive masturbation causes hairfall, and even erectile dysfunction.. What are the bonuses of regular masturbation.

I think that the number of occasions you mention is nothing to worry about, but if masturbation begins to distract you from other day to day activities and encourages you to spend less and less time devoted to the things that matter in your life, and benefit your future, then it should indeed be cause for concern.

I would suggest that you do not become fixated with masturbation and be careful not to injure yourself by overdoing it.  In my view, with a few years behind me now, I think that masturbation can certainly be detrimental to a healthy relationship with one's partner and nurturing a healthy sexual relationship with one's partner is far better.

I agree with the reply from lovemistake, but I might add -- do not  listen to people saying things like -- you could loose your hair because you masturbate.. Now ED can happen when you start getting use to the intense feeling from masturbation and you do not achieve that feeling from vagina sex , then you could start loosing your erection during intercourse..
