who is the dad

According to all the ovulation calculators I have found, I ovulate on the 1st until the 4th of May as the first day of my last period is the 20th of April.  I think I have a 28 day cycle (not quite sure).  I had sex on the 1st of may with one guy and he in ejaculated inside of me, but then on the 2nd I had sex with another guy who didn't come inside of me but we did not use a condom the first time we had sex that night. He withdrew, then the second time we started without a condom but then he put one on.  Anyway, I am now pregnant.  Is the 1st guy the dad?  Or could it be either?  I need someone to help me figure is out because I am very upset that I don't know who the father to my baby is.

I'm sorry but having sex without a condom is STUPID!  Not only were you able to get pregnant but who knows if you have any STD's now?  If you plan on sleeping around be smart about it and USE PROTECTION!  But as heatherlynn said, either man can be the father.  There is no way of knowing until the baby is born and you get a paternity test done.

well even if he didn't ejaculate inside of you there is pre ejaculate which DOES contain sperm. either man could be the father. you're going to have to get a paternity test done.

You have to get both tested.
Why not use condoms all of the time? This will prevent pregancy and STD's.
