The use of "normal' to mean not being gay is a thing of the past of years ago when not enough was understood about homosexuality.    Your sexual orientation is established while you're still in the womb.    It's the same whether you will have blue eyes or green eyes,  whether you will have blond hair instead of black or red hair, etc and etc.     So much unnecessary grief and anxiety has gripped people over this issue (and it still does today) and it shouldn't have to be that way.       Do you think singer Lance Bass didn't have a chance to meet up with thousands of young girls while he was still part of his band?    Of course he did but he was and is a gay male.    You cannot change this.

If by "normal" you mean, heterosexual... no, you can't change your sexual orientation.
