Black lump on shaft of Penis

Hi my name is Michael and i'm 25 yrs old. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. There has been this dark blackish lump on the left side of my penis, close to the head. It is tender and sometimes it hurts but not as much. Also just the other day, after I had sex with my partner... a huge lump the size of a marble fromed on the underside of my penis. I have no idea what is going on with me. I don't know if it is cancer or not. If someone could give me an insight to this It would help so much. Thank you

but it did happen right away , it has happened over time and it's not a brusie , it's been there for a couple months now...

If a lumps formed quikly (minutes/hours) then it's probably a bruise - hematoma. If it is, it will turn yellowish/greenish in next days due to degrading of hemoglobin into bilirubin.
