Internal hemorrhoids or anal cancer

I'm worried about developing anal cancer after finding two pea-sized, hard painless lumps and small amounts of blood in stools after the 3 times my partner and I have had vaginal and anal sex (large August, 10/24, 10/31). He always used a condom, but did but didn't change we he went from anal to vaginal. I have told him this he says not to be paranoid because we are both vaccinated. I got Gardasil 5-6 years ago but, I know it doesn't protect me from all HPV. I also was diagnosed with internal hemorrhoids in late July, but the pain and pressure was mostly gone by the time we first engaged in sex that August. I've been trying to get a colonoscopy about this, but I'm worried that it will just say it's hemorrhoids and nothing else. I'm 24, I don't know if this really is hemorrhoids or I gave myself cancer for being stupid into believing I was being cautious. Is this cancer? Or am I overreacting to a medical conditions that I should still be very careful about? If yes to either one what is the best thing I can do?
