CPAP and gas
I use a CPAP machine, with a nasal mask setting is 15. I do believe it makes me sleep better. However it causes serious gas especially in the morning. I know others have reported this problem but have yet to see a good answer.

You might be swallowing the air and this could be causing the aerophagia and consequent bloating. You could try a different mask, in which the air is directed only into the nose, then you may not face the problem of swallowing the air. Discuss these options with your doctor when you happen to meet him next time.

Hi i am also on CPAP my setting is on 5 because i panic any longer.. I also sleep well with it regarding wind i am sorry cant give you an answer except ask your doctor sorry Take care........Bob
