Namaste, bjob!
There are many possible explanations for your symptoms. You could have hormonal problems, vitamin deficiencies, sleep disorders, neurological issues, etc. Some of these are easy to fix and some are not. I would recommend that you find a new doctor - one who will take you seriously and try to find out what's going on. I really don't think that a lack of sleep will cause a 30 year old man to fall down multiple times. The lack of sleep may make whatever you have worse but is not the cause of your falling down.

Curt
Thanks for responding. I am not on any medications. But I would like to find the cause of the problem, because this hapened to many times in past so I want to be more carefull
Are you on any medications? There are some meds that can cause movement issues. Some dopamine meds can, and the commercial for Abilify warns of that side effect. Probably others with the possibility.
Don't know what little sleep has to do with it, unless maybe the stress on the body and brain when sleep deprived makes you more susceptible. Yes, do protect your sleep time so as to hopefully avoid these episodes. But jerking and falling when walking is not an expected consequence of a short night's sleep. If you are not on any meds that could be suspect, an evaluation by a neurologist may help you gain some insight.
