Good sleep or Bad sleep

I use the Sleep on it App for a week. My average sleep is 7 hours a day for the last 10 days. I have afternoon nap for an hour and sleep 6 hour in the night. On the sleep graph, all my sleeps are in brown color which is bad sleep. Wondering if any got it into green color?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Understand your predicament. There is no specific number for the sleep requirement. Different age groups need different amounts of sleep, but sleep needs are also based on  individuals. Just like any other characteristics you are born with, the amount of sleep you need to function best may be different for you than for someone who is of the same age and gender. On an average it ranges from 7-9 hrs for an adult.

As long as you are fresh on awakening and do not have excessive daytime sleepiness, your sleep is adequate.

hahah maybe ..a aof color will help .you are getting adequate sleep if you sleep one hour during the day and 6 at night thats not too bad .What time do you get up ?
