Hi, i think you are having bad dreams at early morning, why you tend to sweat, are you alone at home? can you be watched for any other symptoms at that time by your family members? daily drink lot of water before going to sleep, make youself comfortable and see there is no problem in ventilation. Consult your doctor if it still happens, bye.

... consistant seating in your sleep can mean a few things as regards to an infection or can even point to a cardiac issue (a huge range of problems).  If this consistantly goes on for months!  Take your temperature when you wake up wet. Do this for at least 2 weeks. With that data in hand, go to your doctor and tell if you have or do not have a fever.

Now, this flu or bad cold going around can screw people up for months but you sound like this has been going on for a while. So take the temperature and consider other things in your environment such as the amount of sleep you get, medications you take and any genetic issues (deceases in your family your aware of...) and dressing for sleep with to many cloths on, using more covers than necessary.

GO TO THE DOCTOR if it doesn't stop
