Hello and hope you are doing well.

Puffiness of the eyes may not be related to the CPAP mask. It could occur due to cardiac disorders, kidney disorders and sometimes due to an allergic reaction. It could also be due to local eye causes like conjunctivitis or blepharitis. I would advise you to consult your primary care physician for an evaluation of puffiness of the eyes. He will ask for blood tests, urine analysis, an x ray, EKG and an ultra sonogram of the abdomen. Sometimes he may ask for an Intravenous pyelogram and a CT scan.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
