I seriously have no idea what the cause of this is but Iam hoping that this helps

I am a 19 year old female. For the past year I have been having on and off medical issues and I am not sure of the severity of each. First I had sharp pains off and on for months in my chest. Breathing deeply hurt and I would wake up coughing in the middle of the night to the point that it was hard to breath. That lasted from December of 2014 to March of 2015. Since 2011 my menstrual cycle has been on and off at random times. If I have one in January I will not have another for 6 to 8 months. They usually last 2 to 4 weeks each. The longest lasted for 4 weeks, went off for one and started again for another two. I have not had one since January which lasted 2 weeks straight. For the past 2 weeks I have been having pains ranging from mild to sharp on the sides and front of my head. My chest has also been in pain that goes on and off. Occasionally this will make my eyes hurt terribly. There is pain in my right knee that feels very odd. Sometimes the area feel very cold like ice water is in a pouch under my skin. It hurts at the lightest of touches. I looked online and I believe it may be water on the knee but I am unsure. I have always had trouble staying asleep throughout my life and I'm not sure if that is the cause of my pain or not. I do not take medications because I am unsure how I will react to them and I have not seen a doctor due to not having insurance. I plan to see one in June but it would be very helpful to have some idea as to what is wrong with me.
