Very loud gunshot explosion sound when I sleep

Hey Im 21 yo male healthy, but i sleep very late, I stay awake the whole night and I go to bed around 4:00AM, today I dreamed about a car performing a driveby at me, then I feel the shot in my head, my head spinned (dream) then i woke up with a loud explosion in my head, very loud I heard that! I stand up very confused then i sleep again and i keep hearing this sound again, I never experienced such a weird thing before, it looks like my head is getting a shot and I can hear the sound of a shot clearly before I wake very scared

thanks for your reply, I  play games very late into the night, now I will stop, I play shooter games with headphones loud and when I go to bed I keep hearing the sounds of the game right before I fall into sleep
