Hi eric690, how are you? It’s sometime heard from you. Hope now you might be doing lot better and also your sinus might be under control. Have you got the sleep study done to know the sleep pattern and whether you have sleep apnea which is common cause of excessive daytime sleep, feeling unrefreshed and tired or run down kind the next day. Sinus headache can similarly cause heavy head and disturbing pain. Do consult your doctor and update your progress. Take care.
Hi eric690, how are you doing? I feel you might be probably suffering from Sleep apnea caused by upper airway blockage, usually when soft tissue at back of throat collapses during sleep resulting in no breathing during sleep for anywhere from 10 seconds to more than a minute and happens hundreds of times over a single night causing excessive daytime sleepiness, fatigue, feeling unrefreshed, night sweats, morning dry mouth or sore throat and headaches. Overweight, enlarged tonsils, a structurally abnormal airway, smoking, alcohol and sleeping pills can be some causes. Losing weight is one of the best things to do. Avoid alcohol, smoking and sleeping on to your back. You need to consult sleep specialist and ENT doctor to rule out sinus problems. Take care.
