See, For sleeping

1. The room should be quiet and dark. If its not dark tie a black cloth around your eye.

2.You should sleep relaxed, not thinking more deeply about any thing.

3. You choose your place or  room , comforatable to your sleep .

4. Consume Bee Honey , or cabbage , potato or Banana or warm milk ,half and hour before going to beed. ok.

have a good sleep . Sleep is the one which gives energy to brain.A man can live without food for a week, But the same man dies without sleep for week.

thanks

You could try ear plugs for the noise and an eye mask for the light.

The insomnia could be a magnesium deficiency.  See if your doctor will let you increase your magnesium such as by having magnesium-rich foods, an Epsom Salt bath soak, and/or magnesium supplement.  Magnesium deficiency can cause anxiety, insomnia, and all manner of problems.

Some of the safest and most effective forms of magnesium include: Taurate, Glycinate and Citrate (can be laxitative).
