Very few people sleep as well as they'd like to. If you have issues with your hubby it would seem best to resolve those, perhaps you'll sleep then?In the end you are the only one that can sort your sleep/other problems out. As a life long insomniac I know how you feel, but in spite of a nightly sleeping tablet I don't sleep well. Now I just ignore being awake & have stopped being over concerned about it. No diagnosis available online, but I'm confident that you'll get support here. Good luck, George
