Hello and hope you are doing well.
Hyperhidrosis is usually a genetic condition. But certain infections like tuberculosis can cause an evening rise of temperature and increased sweating. This also causes a loss of appetite; as such this is accompanied by weight loss. So, record your temperatures, on a two hourly basis to detect an evening rise of temperature. Please check with your doctor to rule out this condition. Certain foods can promote sweating, keep a food dairy to identify and avoid them and Ensure to have a balanced diet. Also anxiety or stress is known to aggravate sweating and promote lack of sleep.
Try cool baths and keep yourself well aerated with lose cotton clothes, in area of increased sweating like the upper part of the body apply a safe talcum powder. Do not use deodorants or antiperspirants as they contain chemicals and are harmful. Do not have warm drinks before bedtime and avoid caffeine rich drinks before bedtime
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
