serious sleep issues

I am 15 years old. I noticed i have to watch a movie in order to fall asleep, and i wake up every 2 hours or so and i notice its pretty much every time the movie is not still playing but i have no clue how i know it ends. I wake up with a sore back and neck and feel sick, and it takes me a while to fall back asleep if i cant get the movie to play again. I'm wondering why it is that I get this way and how i can fix this problem.
       Thank you

Sounds like a two-edged sword - needing a movie to go to sleep but having it wake you up when it goes off. Have you tried other means to fall asleep, like a boring book or playing one of those nature sounds or sleepy type soft music? Wondering if you waking up sore could be from how you position yourself to see the TV? Google sleep hygiene for tips to help with sleep. If you are able to begin sleeping without a movie but continue to wake up repeatedly during the night, you might want to consider if you have symptoms of a sleep disorder.
