Well, there are 4 stages of sleep.  You want to be in stage 4(REM sleep) to get the best rest. I would say that staging 4 is a good thang!

That arrangement of the words is not familiar to me, I know that there is a stage 4 of sleep, but maybe someone more knowledgeable than I will know.
