Quick update

Hi i don't no if enyone remebers me, I was still smoking occasinally while on patches. But happy 2 report 4 weeks later & im smoke free, Still on patches & spendin a ton on sweets & gum but i'm notwaking up coughing up mucas ect & i feel better ( kinda ),
Just ned 2 start lookin better lol

Hi Nat and of course I remember you!  Congratulations on quitting completely!!  Wow, you kinda scared me with smoking on the patch and all.  I'm so glad to hear you have been successful and feeling better.  

Post if you need support and Nat, you would be doing yourself a favor to start thinking about getting rid of the patch pretty soon :)  You will feel even better with no nicotine in your system at all.

I was thinking about you and wondering how you were doing so I was happy to see that you are successfully quitting, good for you!
I know about weight gain with a quit so maybe try carrot sticks and celery : ) Exercise will work wonders on your physical and mental state : )
