How is the best way to quit smoking?

I have tried champax which i turned into a raging freak on and upset stomach,heartburn,headaches, no energy they did work the pills but I had to quit when the dresser went out the front door cause bf wouldn't move it fast enough lol,needless to say those were not for me. Now I am on the patch day 5 so this is working for now.plus if you smoke on them you can have a heart attack so that is really a deterrent not to smoke.All the best
