You have to decide that yur mind is made up and you want to do this. That is your first step. The second would be to go to whyquit.com and read, and read and read. This site is people in the process of or who have already successfully kicked the habit. It is a good site to get tips and feel like you are not alone. Lots of information there and then set a date to quit. When that date comes, lay em down and remember these words and say them over and over. I will never take another puff. After 72 hrs the nicotine is out of the system and you are left with the will to make it successful. As you go thru this and experience symptoms or emotions, come back here and we will help you get thru. Good luck.
