They really help me. This time we are going to do the whole program. Right down to the last day.
I am right here with ya!

My husband and I both smoked 2 packs a day. That is just crazy.

I just tore up my last cigs and pored water all over them.  What an awful smell!

I am a little nervous about starting the patch since I quit the last one on 5/4/09.  Guess it doesn't matter and I don't need another excuse to not quit.

This is my 2nd time. Last time was 5 years ago I think??? Quit for 3 months and picked the darn things up again.
