Nicotine Gum Long term effects?

.I actually chew nicortte gum to help out my anxiety(OCD comorbid with ADD) I've been chewing two 4mg pieces along with my adderal and wellbutrin. Nicottine actually follows the same neural pathways interms of activating the sypathetic autonomic nervous system for he norepinephrine and dopamine activation, which is what wellbutrin and adderal do. However I do have concernes about losing my teeth, cancer, etc. I have been doing this for about 6 monthes. Never smoked a day in my life but i have my concerns. Have any of you ever had a problemn with tooth loss or anything else. I'm about 25 years old, great diet(no sugar, 50% carbs 30% Protein 20% fat, no dairy , use almond milk and supplements for calcuim, no fruit, tons of vegetables(low glycemic and all raw)  nothing processed or in a package, wieght train and Zumba , 10-12% body fat,) I just want to know if i'm at rick becuase teh nicorette does wonders for my anxiety and i want to keep it that way. Please send me a message if you have information or articles, thank you

I do know about panic attacks indeed and that was one of my crutches for smoking as long as I did and putting off quitting.  However I later found out that for me personally nicotine actually erupted anxiety, the more I had, the more my body needed just to maintain what I thought was "normal"

Isn't Wellbutrin also used to actually help people quit smoking by lowering the nicotine withdrawals?

I haven't talked to him about it because i know what he's going to say. I'm just trying to get my panic attacks under control. When I started the adderal and wellbutrin they helped a little bit. However when I take a test or meet people of authority(my boss, professors, etc) i tense up, words come out the wrong way, and i end up not being social because i'm overly concerned about what i say. What's even worse is when i take a test and immediately  think about worse case scenario and what will happen 5years in the future, so i end up having a "end of the world perception" even though it's just a test. That stopped when i started the gum. I don't know if any of you ever had a panic attack, but it's horrible. I would talk to my psychiatrist about this, but my insurance is going to run about when I'm 26.I want to head on to grad school without this stress, so pardon me if you think I'm a addict. My BA is in psychology so i know about addictive and compulsive behavior. I'm just scared about the attacks. They cost me my job 2 years, i had to take a semester off, drop a pre requiste for my internship, and it's humiliating.

Nicotine is certainly addictive no matter what form it is consumed.  Have you discussed this with your doctor being that you are taking other medications with this?
