To be honest, I felt like that...I didn't move from bed for quite a few days and gradually I became more normal BUT I wasn't tapering off anti-depressants either. I think you might want to do one at a time and since you have already stopped the smoking, then just worry about that one.
There are many who have used an anti-anxiety drug like Wellbutrin to help take the edge off their quit. Most use it short term, but if you are anything like me, then quitting is like saying goodbye to your best friend.
I urge you to read the articles at whyquit.com under the column "Educational" and it should jelp get you through some tough times. It really helped me to see that every feeling I had was normal : )
